We have designed a rather ingenious system for shipping that makes Our Products nearly impervious to damage in transit. On very rare occasions, though, such damage can occur. Please note that if damage occurs to your item in shipping, we must file the claim on our end. You MUST keep all original packaging. Please contact our customer support with any questions about how our products are shipped!
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMELINES
Orders placed before 3 pm CST will generally ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will generally ship the next business day.
Delivery within the US & Canada takes 2-5 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, like weather-related delays. If we encounter any unexpected delays in shipping, we’ll contact you via email.
Next Day Air orders must be placed by 12:00 CST in order to guarantee same-day shipment and next-day delivery.

Exceptions: Due to dimension and weight limitations assessed by most shippers, orders made with an extraordinary amount of weight or large dimensions may be subject to a freight charge. A large quantity of Boat trailers, for example, may require a freight charge. We will confirm if your order does need a freight charge and can supply you with a shipping cost for your purchase at that time.
Next Day Air Saver
Please be advised when choosing Next Day Air Saver as a shipping option, depending on your location, it may require a signature in order to leave it at a residence. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign for the package, UPS will not leave it. We would strongly suggest that if you choose Next Day Air as a shipping option, someone be home to sign for the package or have it shipped to a business where someone is available to sign for it. We will not be held responsible for reimbursing Next Day Air Saver shipping charges if there is no one available for a signature release.
Note: All outboard engine orders with additional items being shipped via Next Day Air Saver may incur an increased shipping charge. The shipping charge shown when the order is submitted is subject to change. If your order needs to be shipped in two separate boxes you will be notified via e-mail. The shipping charge reflected on your final order confirmation e-mail will be the correct shipping cost.
Next Day Air Saver Information
All orders placed with Next Day Air Saver will be delivered the next day (with the exception of the weekends/holidays) with no specific arrival time. If a Next Day Air Saver is submitted on Friday it will be delivered, guaranteed, Monday after the weekend (or Tuesday if it is a Holiday weekend)
Priority Mail
Typical travel time is 4-10 working days regardless of destination. This shipping option is not insured and does not offer a tracking service.
Note: All Ground and Priority Mail shipment times are approximate and are subject to change.
2nd Day
As long as your order is placed before 12:30pm Central Standard Time Mon.-Fri. your order will ship the same day. If you place a UPS 2nd Day Air on Monday you should expect to receive it on Wednesday (no particular arrival time is allotted for these shipments). If you place a 2nd Day Air on Thursday you will receive the order, guaranteed, that following Monday (weekend days not included in travel time).
